• June 2009, J. F. Schultze Construction, LLC was awarded the Amerisure Safety Award in recognition of maintaining an accident free company from June 2005 to June 2009.

• On November 1, 2007, J. F. Schultze Construction, LLC was awarded by the Charlotte Business Journal 5th in the 2007 Best Places to Work Small Business Category.

• On July 17, 2007, J. F. Schultze Construction, LLC was awarded the General Contractor Outstanding Service Award for 2006-2007 from the American Subcontractors Association of the Carolinas.

• John F. Schultze was named Executive of the Year 2006 by the Charlotte Chapter of Construction Financial Management Association (C.F.M.A.).
